Our beautiful 2022 Vintage Rosé is the perfect drink for parties and celebrations. Sparkling fine long lasting bubbles with a delicate bouquet of red berry fruits, the finish is mouth-watering and lingers beyond the last sip.
Elegant and alluring, our pale golden 2019 Vintage Classic Cuvée entices with notes of honeycomb, a hint of pear, and a smooth finish. Great to serve at a dinner party, and excellent to pair with cheese.
Aromatic, with crisp apple notes and lively long lasting bubbles, our Oak Aged Brut Non-Vintage is a wonderful and evocative drink to share with friends.
Silver Medal Winner 2026 London Wine Competition
We are delighted that our 2022 Rosé was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2026 London International Wine Competition. The judges enjoyed it’s ripe red berry aromas, subtle autolytic notes, clean acidity, and short, savoury finish.
The London Wine Competition is open to wine producers from all over the world, and we’re very proud that wine from our tiny vineyard in West Sussex was able to compete successfully against sparkling wines from across the globe.
Food Pairing
Our 2019 Vintage Classic Cuvée is great with seafood, chicken, and salads. It also pairs beautifully with cheese – we love it with home made cheese scones, and prosciutto, goats cheese, thyme and fig tartlet appetisers.
Our 2022 Vintage Sparkling Rosé pairs well with aged cheeses, as well as grilled salmon with a light dressing, or roast chicken and herbs with new potatoes and various salads. It’s also exceptional with fish and chips.
And our Oak Aged Brut NV elevates any occasion, meal or moment into something extra special. From roast dinners to elegant seafood dishes, light Italian (think carpaccio or Spaghetti aglio e olio) and French Onion Soup with tonnes of Gruyere cheese, this sparkling wine will make everything feel extraordinary.
