Tasting Notes
This beautiful 2022 Vintage Rosé shows an attractive deep salmon-pink tinged with a delicate coppery hue.
On the nose, the wine displays vibrant red berry fruit notes – fresh strawberries, redcurrants, and a hint of pink grapefruit. The fruit dominates subtle hints of brioche, with a light mineral edge.
On the palate, the wine is crisp, dry, and refreshing. The red berry notes carry through to the palate, with added touches of white peach, verbena, melon and a hint of white blossom.
The mousse is fine and persistent, displaying a hint of biscuit and yeasty notes that holds up the fresh fruit, underlining the wine’s fresh fruit-driven purity.
The finish is mouth-watering and lingers beyond the last sip.
Food Pairing
This wonderful Rosé pairs well with the usual suspects such as aged cheeses, as well as grilled salmon with a light dressing, or roast chicken and herbs with new potatoes and various salads. It’s also exceptional with fish and chips.

With sparkling fine long lasting bubbles, it has a delicate bouquet of red berry fruits, subtle floral notes and a zing of strawberry cream developing into a refreshing cranberry.
